About Directive 98/24/EC - chemical agents at work
Council Directive 98/24/EC on the protection of the health and safety of workers from the risks related to chemical agents at work (CAD) establishes minimum requirements for the protection of workers from risks to their health and safety arising from the effects of chemical agents present at the workplace. This is why we built this website, where we present the most up-to-date consolidated version of the CAD in a structured and easy-to-navigate format.
Using the latest consolidated text of Directive 98/24/EC from EUR-Lex as our source material, we split it into individual pages corresponding to articles and annexes of the legal text and added several enhancements to improve navigation and usability.
