About the Dual-Use Regulation
The EU Regulation on dual-use items sets up a Community regime for the control of exports, transfer, brokering and transit of dual-use items. This is why we built this website, where we present the most up-to-date consolidated version of the Dual-Use Regulation in a structured and easy-to-navigate format.
Using the latest consolidated text of the Dual-Use Regulation from EUR-Lex as our source material, we split it into individual pages corresponding to articles and annexes of the legal text and added several enhancements to improve navigation and usability.
