CMR Directive 2004/37/EC - Protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens, mutagens or reprotoxic substances at work

About Directive 2004/37/EC - carcinogens, mutagens or reprotoxic substances at work

The EU Directive on the protection of workers from the risks related to exposure to carcinogens, mutagens or reprotoxic substances at work (CMR) establishes minimum requirements for the protection of workers. This is why we built this website, where we present the most up-to-date consolidated version of the CMR in a structured and easy-to-navigate format.

Using the latest consolidated text of Directive 2004/37/EC from EUR-Lex as our source material, we split it into individual pages corresponding to articles and annexes of the legal text and added several enhancements to improve navigation and usability.

We hope that you will find this tool useful in your study of the CMR legislation. If you have any questions or feedback, please let us know at info@nextsds.com
