About the POPs Regulation
The EU Regulation on persistent organic pollutants (POPs) implements the Stockholm Convention and the Protocol to the 1979 Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution. It sets rules on the production, placing on the market, use, and release of persistent organic pollutants. This is why we built this website, where we present the most up-to-date consolidated version of the POPs Regulation in a structured and easy-to-navigate format.
Using the latest consolidated text of the POPs Regulation from EUR-Lex as our source material, we split it into individual pages corresponding to articles and annexes of the legal text and added several enhancements to improve navigation and usability.
We hope that you will find this tool useful in your study of the POPs legislation. If you have any questions or feedback, please let us know at info@nextsds.com
