Article 11 / National inspection authorities
1.
Each Member State shall ensure that competent authorities are in place for inspection and controls of the correct application of Articles 5 to 9 (‘national inspection authorities’).
2.
Each Member State shall ensure that the national inspection authorities have the resources and investigative powers necessary to ensure the proper administration of their tasks under this Regulation.
