Article 34 / Competent authorities, poison control centres or assimilated entities

Member States shall designate their national competent authorities.

Member States shall communicate the details of authorities referred to in paragraph 1 and of the poison centres and similar bodies referred to in Article 13(6) to the Commission. They shall communicate an update of these details as necessary.

The Commission shall compile and update a list of the authorities and bodies referred to in paragraph 2 and make it available to the public.
